I’m a parent, how do I access my child’s information through the Parent Portal system?
For returning families, you should already have access to your Parent Portal. If you do not remember your Portal username and/or password, please use the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" links below the login boxes on the Parent Portal to recover your account. If you still have trouble logging in after trying the "Forgot.." links, please email infinitecampus@windsorc1.com.
If you have not given us your email address before, you can call your child’s building and ask to have your email address added to the Parent Portal system. After being added to the system, you should get an email soon letting you know how to log into the Parent Portal.
Note: Even if you have more than one child and they attend different buildings within the Windsor C-1 School District you will only need to call one building to be granted access for all of your children.
What about Online Registration / Annual Review?
Online registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open on August 1st! On or after August 1st, when you log into the Parent Portal you’ll see an announcement with a link to get into your Online Registration / Annual Review. If you don't see this announcement, you can click on More > Annual Review to get to the form as well.
We're a new family to the district. How can I register my child(ren)?
If you are brand new to the district and no one in your household has attended Windsor in the past you will need to register online. You can visit the New Family Online Registration here.
Can I fill out the Free and Reduced Price Meals Application online?
The Free and Reduced Price Meals application will be available on the Parent Portal soon. We'll send out an email when the system is ready for you to enter your information.
